There are no limitations that a user may encounter regarding the exchange or portability of any data generated when using the capability.

However, the user must use a compatible Operation System (OS) to be able to install and/or access his/her account. A proper assessment is completed before the acquisition of the service and a complete guideline is provided for all users.

MedicusEHR licensing fee for physician and non-physician users are recurring on a monthly basis.
MedicusEHR setup fee for each physician user is one-time.
Fee for coding & drug interactions file updates are recurring on an annual basis.


Contractual Cost:
The provider must sign a contract, but the contract does not impose limitations that could limit the implementation or use of certified capabilities or the data generated by these capabilities. There are no business policies or practices that may cause limitations in the implementation or use of certified capabilities. There are no requirements to engage directly with third parties for the use of MedicusEHR. However indirectly the user must engage with a third party when using the functionalities of Clinical Direct Messaging, medications data based.
